环己基甲胺的硼氢化钠催化合成
Preparation of cyclohexanemethanamine by using sodium borohydride-catalyzed system
【摘要】 采用硼氢化钠还原体系,考察了3种不同原料的合成路线,实现了标题化合物的制备。建立了以环己酮为原料,经Knoevenagel反应、还原制备的路线。通过对不同的催化剂、催化剂用量、反应温度、还原试剂等对反应产率影响的研究与考察,确定了标题化合物的最佳合成工艺,总收率83.6%,结构经核磁、质谱确证。该方法具有原料廉价易得、操作简单、条件温和、收率好的优点。
【Abstract】 Cyclohexanemethanamine was synthesized by using sodium borohydride-catalyzed system and three compounds as starting materials.Cyclohexanone was chosed as the raw materials via Knoevenagel and reduction reaction to synthesize the title compound.After optimized reaction condition such as different catalysts,amounts of catalyst,temperatures and reduction agents,a new synthetic pathway of cyclohexanone was established with a yield of 83.6%.The structiure was confirmed by 1HNMR and ESI-MS.The process has several advantages such as ready availability of starting material,simplified operation,mild conditions and high production yield.
