【Abstract】 With commercially natural product betulin as a starting material,betulonic acid was prepared efficiently by a combination of selective oxidation with IBX,further oxidation with n-Bu4NMnO4.The target compound,betulonic acid,was obtained in 86% yield.The method is easy to operate with good yield,and lends itself very well to industrial scale methodology.更多还原
