秦山二核1号发电机内冷水管路堵塞原因及处理方法

【摘要】 从空心导线所处环境变化导致腐蚀加剧角度,分析了秦山二核1号机组发电机定子冷却水管路堵塞和出水端容易析出沉积物的原因;通过材质研究及溶垢试验制定了整体化学清洗预膜方案。实施后,解决了线棒堵塞的问题,并有效防止了空心导线的再次腐蚀。化学清洗预膜效果良好。

【Abstract】 To analyze the reasons of jam in cold water tube in No.1 generator of the second stage in Qin Shan nuclear power plant from the environmental change of hollow conductor leading to corrosion aggravate angle.Then to analyze the reasons of sediments awalys separated in the water export.Through the material research and soluble scale test,the whole chemical cleaning membrane scheme was made.After implementation,the problem of jam in coil bar has beed solved successfully,and prevented the hollow of wires corrosion again effectively.The effect of chemical cleaning and membrane is good.
