泥螺食用前处理过程中甲醛含量的测定
Determination of formaldehyde content in soaked Bullacta exarata before being eaten
【摘要】 由于水产品中甲醛有本底含量,利用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定泥螺在不同浸泡时间下的甲醛含量,结果表明:泥螺内甲醛含量随着浸泡时间延长而逐渐降低。浸泡的同时加干茶叶渣吸附甲醛,加快了甲醛浓度下降。实验结果显示:泥螺食用前需要通过4~5h以上的浸泡,而且要多次换浸泡水。
【Abstract】 Because of formaldehyde in aquatic products have intrinsic content,using acetyl acetone spectrophotography method for the determination of Bullacta exarata in different soaking time of formaldehyde content,The results showed that: in the formaldehyde content of Bullacta exarata with immersion time gradually decreased.Immersion and dry tea leaves the adsorption of formaldehyde,formaldehyde concentration decreased speed.The experimental results show: Bullacta exarata before eating through 4~5h above the immersion,but many times for the soaking water.
