溶胶凝胶法制备PW/SiO2负载型催化剂合成异丙基苯酚
Preparation of catalysts by sol-gel method for synthesis of isopropyl phenol
【摘要】 用溶胶凝胶法制备出不同含量的磷钨酸负载到SiO2上的负载型催化剂。实验结果表明,该方法制备的催化剂对苯酚异丙醇合成异丙基苯酚有催化作用。采用氨程序升温脱附、X射线衍射对催化剂表面酸性、晶相进行表征。实验结果:不同含量的二氧化硅负载磷钨酸催化剂对苯酚转化率、异丙基苯酚的选择性有较大影响。当磷钨酸含量为SiO2的25%时苯酚转化率与异丙基苯酚选择性为最佳:分别为41.67%、62.86%。
【Abstract】 Different content of silica-included phosphotungstic acid catalysts prepared by Sol-Gel method.The experimental results show that the catalysts had activity for phenol isopropanol synthesis isopropyl phenol.Employing NH3-TPD and XRD showed catalyst surface acidity and crystalline structure.Experimental results: showed that there was great influence for the selectivity of isopropyl phenol and the Phenol conversion rate,phenol isopropanol synthesis isopropyl phenol over the different content of silica-included phosphotungstic acid catalyst.Phenol conversion rate and the selectivity of isopropyl phenol can reach to 41.67% and 62.86% under phosphotungstic acid content of 25%.
