活性炭催化二氯乙烷裂解制氯乙烯
Catalytic Cracking of Dichloroethane to Vinyl Chloride over Activated Carbon Catalyst
【摘要】 以活性炭为催化剂,考察了空速,反应温度,原料浓度和活性炭种类对二氯乙烷(EDC)制氯乙烯(VCM)反应性能的影响。结果表明,以煤基活性炭为催化剂时,二氯乙烷的转化率随温度升高而增加,随着空速的增加而下降,而氯乙烯的选择性对温度和空速的变化均不是很敏感。果壳型,椰壳型和煤质型活性炭对催化二氯乙烷生成氯乙烯均具有较好的活性,其中,果壳活性炭性能较优,且具有较好的稳定性。
【Abstract】 Effects of space velocity,reaction temperature,feed concentration and types of activated carbon catalyst on catalytic cracking of dichloroethane(EDC) to vinyl chloride(VCM) over activated carbon catalyst were investigated.The results showed that the conversion of EDC increased with the increase of temperature and the decrease of space velocity with active carbon catalyst from coal,while the selectivity of VCM was insensitive to temperature and space velocity.The performance of active carbaon catalyst from fruit shell was higher than that of the active carbon catalyst from coal or coconut shell,and the catalyst was stable.
