离子色谱法检测生物丁醇中的无机阴离子
Determination of Inorganic Anions in Bio-Butanol Sample with Ion Chromatography
【摘要】 采用H2O2处理生物丁醇样品,并以离子色谱抑制电导法检测其中Cl–等无机阴离子的浓度,检出限为0.5~2.0μg/L(S/N=3),回收率为96.8%~102.2%,重现性范围为0.59%~0.84%。该法可于14 min内完成,操作快速,无丁醇基体干扰,灵敏度高,重现性好。
【Abstract】 After H2O2 treatment,Cl- and some inorganic anions in butanol sample were determined by ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detection.The detection limits(S/N=3),recovery and reproducibility were in the range of 0.5-2.0 μg/L,96.8%-102.2% and 0.59%-0.84%,respectively.The analytical period is short(in 14 min),and the method showed no butanol matrix interference,higher sensitivity,and good reproducibility.
