【摘要】 整体语言教学原则提倡语言教学应从整体出发将听、说、读、写等技能的训练融为一体,语言知识和技能应通过自然的环境来培养,而且语言教学应以学生为中心,因为语言是学生在通过语言和关于语言的学习过程中习得的。这种教学思想对外语课堂教学起着重要的指导作用,也符合提高学生学习效率的教学思路。该文拟从作者如何在英语专业综合英语教学中从整体语言教学为原则指导本课程的教学与学生的学习入手,阐述整体语言教学理念在英语专业综合英语教学中的指导意义和实践经验,探讨整体语言教学原则对训练学生英语综合应用能力和培养学生自主学习能力的促进作用。教学过程中的观察、研究及实践活动表明整体语言原则指导下的综合英语教学活动充分体现了重内容、重整体、重综合技能的教学思想和以学生为主体、教师为主导的教学理念,而且这种方式为学生能更有效地运用所学知识进行交际从而为其目的语的习得创造了一个良好的学习环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Whole language principle produces an educational philosophy which emphasizes a holistic listening,reading and writ ing curriculum in a natural circumstances and which should be student-based.Language acquisition is accomplished through the process of learners’language study with the aid of concerning language.This approach plays a significant role in both language teaching and language learning and matches the educational purpose for promoting the efficiency of students’study.The author of this article aimed to demonstrate how students’capabilities of comprehensive application on English language and of their ac tive learning were advanced guided by the principle of whole language for English majors in the teaching activities on Compre hensive English.All the activities regarding the observations,the study as well as the practice in the process of language learning and teaching completely embodied the expected educational approach that focuses on the content,the integration,and the com prehensive skills and also the important educational principle that must be student-based under the leading guidance of teachers.Studies show that whole language teaching-and-learning approach provides students with a sound academic community to make better use of what they have learned in their language communication.更多还原
