近零折射率材料激光合束

【摘要】 设计了一种基于近零折射率亚波长人工材料的激光合束器。首先介绍了合束器的基本原理、结构及其材料;然后基于渔网结构设计了合束器的构成材料,通过S参数反演法计算得到其物质参数;最后,利用所得材料参数对三束以不同角度入射的激光合束结果进行了仿真分析,并与理想平面波进行对比。结果表明:当三束激光的入射角分别为-15°、0°和10°时,合成的单束激光相对于平面波在强度为最大值1/e2处的远场发散角展宽仅为1.6 mrad。可见该方法可以成功地将多束激光合为一束,且具有理想的输出光束特性。

【Abstract】 A laser beam combiner was designed based on sub wavelength nanostructure near-zero index metamaterial.Firstly,the basic principles,structures and the composition materials of the combiner were introduced.Then based on the fishnet structure,the composition materials was designed and S-parameter retrieval method was applied to get the material parameters.The combined results of three laser beams with different incident angles were simulated and compared with the ideal plane wave.The results show that the combined laser beam only has a far field divergence angle broadening of 1.6 mrad at the intensity of 1/e2 compared with the plane-wave when the incident angles of the three laser beams are-15°,0° and 10° respectively.The research demonstrates that this method can successfully combine three laser beams into one beam,simultaneously with a desired output beam characteristics.
