【摘要】 目的探讨采用经腔镜技术治疗输尿管口囊肿的安全性及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2006年11月-2012年9月我院经腔镜技术治疗的12例输尿管口囊肿的病例资料,囊肿位于左侧者3例,囊肿位于右侧者7例,双侧者2例;其中2例囊内伴有结石,先采用STORZ电切镜将输尿管口囊肿切除,同时保留上方的囊壁组织以抗返流;结石采用WOLF输尿管硬镜气压弹道碎石术将其击碎并通过ALICK吸出膀胱。结果 12例患者均通过该术式一次性治愈,结石均顺利吸出膀胱,术后无严重发症,临床症状消失;随访2月-2年,其中10例B超提示肾积水消失、2例B超提示肾积水明显改善,2例尿路平片提示未见结石。结论使用腔镜技术治疗输尿管口囊肿(伴结石)是一种安全、简便、有效、微创的方法值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigate the safety and clinical efficacy from laparoscopic surgery treatment of ureteral orifice.Methods Retrospective analysis of 12 patients with ureteral orifice cysts in our hospital treatment by laparoscopic surgery from November 2006 to September 2012 in our hospital.Cyst on the left side in 3 cases,on the right side in 7 cases,on the both sides in 2 cases.Two of intracapsular with stones among these 12 cases.First use of the the STORZ electric resectoscope ureteral orifice cyst excision,while retaining the top of the wall tissue to resist regurgitation;Used The WOLF ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy,stones will be crushed and sucked out of the bladder through ALICK.Results 12 patients through the surgical are one-time cure by sucked out of the bladder stones,no serious complications after surgery,the clinical symptoms disappeared.Through 2-3 years of follow-up,including 10 patients with B-Tip hydronephrosis disappeared,two cases of B-Tip hydronephrosis improved significantly,two cases prompted by KUB are no stones.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery treatment of ureteral orifice cysts(with stones) is a safe,simple,effective,minimally invasive approach worthy of clinical application.更多还原
