【摘要】 目的探讨外伤所致关节积脂血征的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析25例关节积脂血征的CT表现。其中膝关节20例、髋关节2例、肘关节2例及踝关节1例。结果 25例关节积脂血征患者均有关节内骨折,关节积脂血征CT表现为关节囊内单液-液平面或双液-液平面,单液-液平面和双液-液平面的不同成分在CT上密度不同,但最上层均为脂肪。其中20例表现为单液-液平面,5例表现为双液-液平面。结论关节积脂血征在CT上具有特征性表现,常与关节内骨折并存,可作为诊断关节内骨折的可靠间接征象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristics of CT manifestations of traumatic lipohemarthrosis and find the diagnostic value.Methods Retrospectively analysed the CT findings of 25 traumatic lipohemarthrosis cases,in which,20 cases in knee,2 cases of hip,elbow 2 cases and 1 case of ankle.Results All thecases with intra-articular fractures,CT characteristics of traumatic lipohemarthrosis were single fluid liquid levels or double liquid-liquid levels in joint capsule.Different components of single liquid-liquid levels and double liquid-liquid levels were in different density on CT scan,but the top level were all of fat.In these cases,20 cases showed a single fluid liquid levels,5 cases showed double liquid-liquid levels.Conclusion Traumatic lipohemarthrosis has typical CT appearance.Traumatic lipohemarthrosis alerted to the coexistence of an intra-articular fracture and were a clinically useful sign in detecting intra-articular fracture.更多还原
