【摘要】 目的探讨鼻前庭囊肿的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析19例经手术病理证实的鼻前庭囊肿的CT图像,观察分析其CT表现。结果 19例鼻前庭囊肿中左侧13例,右侧6例;边界清楚16例,边界不清楚3例;病灶形态多样,其中13例呈类圆形,4例呈长圆形,2例呈不规则形;15例存在相邻上颌骨不同程度的受压。结论鼻前庭囊肿CT表现具有一定的特征性,而且CT可以很好的显示鼻前庭囊肿的位置、大小、密度及与其相邻结构的关系,可以准确诊断鼻前庭囊肿及鉴别诊断,对临床制定治疗方案具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the CT features of nasal vestibular cyst and evaluate its diagnostic value.Methods CT images of 19 cases with nasal vestibular cyst proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results On CT scans,the cyst was located on the left side in 13 eases and on the right in 6 cases.The shape of the lesions varied.Of these cases,13 cases appeared as similar-rounded in shape,4 cases appeared as long-round in shape and 2 cases appeared as irregular in shape.Depression of the maxillary bone was detected in 15 cases.Conclusion CT can accurately demonstrate the site,size,density and surrounding tissues of the lesion.CT findings may aid the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of nasal vestibular cyst and may help to select the optimal treatment approach.更多还原
