活动板房数控组装机的设计与创新
Design and Innovation of Numerical Control Assembling Machine of Prefabricated House
【摘要】 针对当前活动板房预制结构件的组装设备存在控制简单、劳动强度大、组装效率低等缺点,综合应用计算机控制技术、精密传感器技术、电液比例控制技术等先进制造技术设计了数控活动板房构件自动组装机。与现有技术相比,定位误差小,效率高,且操作安全。同时,对相关构件的创新设计,保证了组装设备的可靠性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems existing in the assembling machine of prefabricated house such as simple control,intensive labor and low efficiency,this paper puts forward a numerical control assembling machine of prefabricated house based on computer control technology,precision sensor technology,electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and other advanced manufacturing technology.Compared with conventional equipments,this design has such advantages as small positioning error,high efficiency,high security and safe operation.Meanwhile,the innovative design for the relevant components ensures the high reliability and stability of the assembly equipment.
