【摘要】 油库地上油罐上覆土油罐皆应当设置泡沫灭火系统。分析了油罐低倍数泡沫灭火系统工艺设备组成,阐述了环泵式比例混合装置、压力式比例混合装置、平衡式比例混合装置和计量注入式比例混合装置4类泡沫比例混合装置的工艺特点,提出了不同场合泡沫比例混合装置配置要求。针对目前油罐液上喷射泡沫灭火系统和液下喷射泡沫灭火系统的实用情况,提出了一种油罐低倍数泡沫灭火系统新工艺。该工艺适用于固定顶油罐、外浮顶油罐和内浮顶油罐的泡沫灭火系统,可提高泡沫灭火系统的可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The foam extinguishing system has to be equipped for ground and berried oil tank in oil depot.This paper analyses the technological compositions of low-expansion foam extinguishing system,describes the characteristics of technological flow for each kind of foam proportioning set such as the around-the-pump proportioning set,pressure proportioning set,balanced pressure proportioning set and direct injection variable pump output proportioning set,respectively,and put forward the choice demands for each kind of foam proportioning set under different conditions.According to the practical use of surface and subsurface injection foam extinguishing system,a new-style technics for fixed low-expansion foam extinguishing system of oil tank is also proposed,which is suitable for fixed roof tank,extra-floating roof tank and inner-floating roof tank,and can improve the reliability of foam extinguishing system.更多还原
