【Abstract】 China and Russia, by taking the opportunity of the 10th anniversary of the signing of China-Russia Treaty of Good Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation, have carried forward their strategic partnership to a new stage. The two countries continue to maintain their concentrated high-level contacts, and their strategic coordinations on international and regional arenas are growing in intensity. Meanwhile cooperation in economic, trade, scientific and technological fields in their bilateral ties has also seen an all-round development. Even though China has already become a strong competitor to Russia in their bid for Central Asian and even international markets, and Russia still has misgivings about China ’ s rapid economic growth and quick rise in its national strength, their respective international and domestic situations have called for the needs to increase, instead of decreasing, strategic reliance on their strategic partnership relations. Interdependence of economic and trade cooperation between them are growing daily, while a positive interaction and continued coordination in their bilateral ties, have gained a strong and developing momentum.更多还原
