电磁发射拦截系统拦截效果仿真

【摘要】 拦截弹对来袭目标的毁伤效果是衡量电磁发射拦截系统性能的一项重要指标。为了分析拦截弹对来袭目标的碰撞效果,以拦截弹与穿甲弹相碰撞的物理过程为例,建立了拦截弹和穿甲弹相碰撞的三维有限元模型,在碰撞角度分别为30°、45°和60°的情况下,对拦截弹与穿甲弹的碰撞过程进行了仿真,并分析了钢铝复合结构的拦截弹参数变化对碰撞效果的影响规律。结果表明:穿甲弹与拦截弹碰撞后,弹头发生钝化、破碎现象、速度降低、方向偏转,对装甲车辆的毁伤能力明显降低;钢铝复合结构的拦截弹对穿甲弹的毁伤效果显著增强。

【Abstract】 Collision effects of the interception projectile against the attacking target is an important index to the electromagnetic launching interception system.Taking the physical crashing course of the projectile intercepting the armor piercing projectile for example,a 3D finite element model of the interception projectile against the piercing projectile is set up.Crashing course of the projectile intercepting the armor piercing projectile is simulated on condition that the crashing angle is 30°,45°and 60°eachly.The influence law of crashing effects resulting from the structure parameters changing of the interception projectile with steel-aluminum composite is analyzed.The results show that the interception projectile become passivation and fragmentation at foreside,velocity decreasing,direction deflexion and the armor-piercing ability reduce obviously.The destroying effects of interception projectile with steel-aluminum composite to the armor piercing projectile increase apparently.
