丹参川芎嗪对脑出血大鼠模型组织形态神经功能和血流灌注的作用研究
The Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Never Function and Cerebral Perfusion in Rats with Cerebral Hemorrhage
【摘要】 目的探讨活血化瘀中药(丹参川芎嗪)对脑出血大鼠模型神经功能和脑组织形态及血流灌注的作用。方法选取成年SD雄性大鼠45只,随机分为对照组5只、模型组20只、治疗组20只;治疗组和模型组又分为术后12 h、24 h、72 h、7 d 4个亚组,治疗组采用静脉注射法给与丹参川芎嗪治疗。治疗结束以后收集血肿周围局部脑血流量(rCBF)、局部脑血容量(rCBV)及平均通过时间(MTT),并同步进行Bederson评分,观察大鼠脑出血病灶的组织病理学改变。结果治疗组和模型组的rCBF、rCBV均较对照组显著降低,MTT均显著增高;Bederson评分也显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组各时间点的rCBF、rCBV均较模型组低,MTT较模型组高;Bederson评分也显著低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的脑出血病灶组织病理学改变较模型组轻。结论丹参川芎嗪对脑出血大鼠模型神经功能的恢复效果显著,能较快缓解脑出血病灶周围的低灌注状态。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the significance of of traditional chinese medicine on never function and cerebral perfusion in rats with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Selected 45 adult male SD rats,then randomly divided into control group5,model group 20,treatment group,20;treatment group and model group was divided into after 12 hours,24 hours,72 hours,7 days four subgroups.Treatment group was given an intravenous injection of Salvia chuan dome triazine treatment.CT perfusion imaging was used to exaim regional cerebral blood flow around hematoma collection(rCBF),regional cerebral blood volume(rCBV) and mean transit time(MTT);recorded synchronize Bederson score,then observed histopathological changes of bleeding lesions in rat brain.Results The rCBF,rCBV of treatment group and model group were significantly lower than control group,while MTT were significantly increased;Bederson score were also significantly higher in two groups;The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group at each time point of rCBF,rCBV compared with model group were higher,as well as MTT;Bederson score was also significantly lower than model group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Histopathological changes of Lesions of cerebral hemorrhage in treatment group were more obervirous compared with in model group.Conclusion The treatment of Salvia Chuan triazine dome in rat model of cerebral hemorrhage has a significant effect recovery of neurological function and rapid relief of hypoperfusion surrounding the lesion,which is significant.
