【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者100例,随机分为两组各50例,对照组给予更昔洛韦、甲硫氨酸维生素B1、维生素B12治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加桃红四物汤加减并配合针灸治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.0%,对照组78.0%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on postherpetic neuralgia.Methods: A total of 100 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group(n=50) and control group(n=50).The control group was treated with ganciclovir,methionine plus vitamin B1,and vitamin B12,while the treatment group was given modified Taohong Siwu decoction as well as acupuncture in addition to the therapy for the control group.Results: The treatment group showed significantly higher overall response rate than the control group(94.0% vs.78.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy has good therapeutic effect on postherpetic neuralgia.更多还原
