【摘要】 目的:研究复方桐叶烧伤油对皮肤溃疡的作用。方法:切割大鼠背部皮肤造成缺损皮肤伤口,再涂粪水细菌感染3天形成皮肤溃疡模型。然后经复方桐叶烧伤油治疗14天,测定大鼠创面面积,溃疡皮肤组织病理及TGF-α、TNF-β含量。结果:经复方桐叶烧伤油治疗14天后创面明显缩小,溃疡皮肤组织中的TGF-α含量升高,TNF-β含量降低;溃疡皮肤组织中肉芽组织厚度明显降低,炎症细胞数明显减少。结论:复方桐叶烧伤油对慢性皮肤溃疡有较好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of compound Aleurites fordii Hemsl.leaf burn ointment on skin ulcer.Methods: The back skin of rats was cut to form wounds,and then excrement liquid was applied to infect the wounds with bacteria for 3 d and form a skin ulcer model.The rats with skin ulcer were treated with compound Aleurites fordii Hemsl.leaf burn ointment for 14 d.The area of wound surface as well as the pathology and TGF-α and TNF-β contents of ulcerative skin tissue were determined.Results: After treatment with compound Aleurites fordii Hemsl.leaf burn ointment,the area of wound surface was decreased significantly;the TGF-α content of ulcerative skin tissue was increased,while the TNF-β content was decreased;the thickness of granulation tissue and the number of inflammatory cells in the ulcerative skin tissue were decreased significantly.Conclusion: Compound Aleurites fordii Hemsl.leaf burn ointment has good therapeutic efficacy in treatment of chronic skin ulcer.更多还原
