【摘要】 目的:运用近红外光谱技术对山橿药材中水分含量进行快速测定。方法:利用近红外漫反射光谱法结合TQAnalyst 8.0软件,建立山橿药材中水分的定量分析模型.结果:建立的模型内部交叉验证决定系数(R2)为0.999 74、内部交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)为0.219、预测均方差(RMSEP)为0.259。结论:该方法快速、简便、结果准确,有望在中药体系中有更广泛的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Determine the moisture content in Lindera reflexa Hemsl by near infra-red spectrum and chemical metrology method.Methods:Establish the quantitative analysis model using near infra-red diffuse reflectance spectrum combined with TQAnalyst 8.0 software.Results:The internal cross validation determination coefficient(R2) is 0.999 74,internal cross validation determination mean square error(RMSECV) is 0.219,prediction mean square error(RMSEP) is 0.259.Conclusion:This method is rapid,simple and accurate,expected more extensive application in the traditional Chinese medicine system.更多还原
