【摘要】 目的:探讨健脾解毒汤对晚期原发性肝癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂组成的GEMOX方案进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用健脾解毒汤治疗。观察两组患者的生活质量、生存时间及不良反应。结果:两组生活质量量表评分比较,治疗组总的生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组3个月生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组0.5 a、1.0 a生存率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发现不良反应。结论:健脾解毒汤能改善晚期原发性肝癌患者临床症状,提高生活质量,延长生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect on life quality by Jianpi Jiedu decoction in the treatment of advanced stage of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine therapy.The treatment group was given JianPiJieDu decoction based on the control group.Observe the life quality and adverse reaction of two groups.Results:The total life quality in the treatment group is better than the control groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The survival rate of two groups has no difference after 3 months(P>0.05).The survival rate of two groups has statistically signifant difference after 0.5 a and 1.0 a(P<0.05).The treatment group showes no adverse reaction during treatment.Conclusion:Jianpi Jiedu decoction can improve clinical symptoms and life quality and prolong the life span.更多还原
