河南产丹参水溶性提取物提取工艺研究
Study on the Extraction Process of the Water-Soluble Extracts of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Produced in Henan Province
【摘要】 目的:探讨丹参水溶性提取物的最佳提取工艺。方法:以酸水为溶剂,加热回流法提取丹参水溶性提取物,采用正交试验设计考察时间、温度、pH值、提取溶剂体积等4因素,对丹参水溶性成分的影响,筛选出最佳的提取工艺;以丹酚酸B为标准品,采用HPLC法测定含量。结果:丹参水溶性提取物以酸水做溶剂,最佳提取工艺为pH值为3的酸水8,倍量,温度100℃,加热回流4 h。结论:本提取工艺所得提取物丹酚酸B含量较高,简单,经济,可行性强,适合工业大批量生产。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the optimum extraction process of water-soluble extracts of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods:Acidic water was used as the solvent and the heating reflux method was adopted for the extraction of water-soluble extracts of Salvia miltiorrhiza.The orthogonal experimental design was applied to inspect the influence of four factors such as time,temperature,volume and extraction solvent volume on the water-soluble extracts of Salvia miltiorrhiza in order to select the optimum extraction process.With salvianolic acid B as the standard,the content was determined by HPLC.Results:The water-soluble extracts of Salvia miltiorrhiza used acidic water as solvent.The optimum extraction process was as follows,acidic water with PH of 3,eight times of the amounts,the temperature of 100 ℃ and the heating reflux of 4 h.Conclusion:This extraction process can extract higher contens of salvianolic acid B,which is simple,economic,feasible and suitable for industrial mass production.
