【摘要】 随着全国高等医学院校对医学免疫学实验教学改革的推进,许多院校都陆续开展了免疫学综合性设计性类的实验。此类实验有助于医学生动手操作能力、创新能力、实践能力等综合素质的全面提高。笔者通过参加抗体的提取和提纯实验,对当前免疫学综合性设计性实验的优点和面临的问题进行了分析,以及对此类免疫学实验未来发展方向进行了一些展望。更多还原
