【摘要】 目的:研究不同产地窝儿七中槲皮素、鬼臼毒素、山柰素、总木质素、总黄酮的含量变化,为窝儿七质量评价提供科学的依据。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Diamonsil(钻石)C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-4 mL·L-1冰醋酸;检测波长:290 nm,进样量:25μL;柱温:30℃。以槲皮素作为对照品,在硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠显色后,采用分光光度法在500 nm测定总黄酮含量。以鬼臼毒素作为对照品,在变色酸-浓硫酸显色后,采用分光光度法在570 nm测定总木质素含量。结果:窝儿七中槲皮素、鬼臼毒素、山柰素、总木质素、总黄酮的含量分别是0.32%-1.15%,5.60%-10.67%,0.41%-0.84%,13.81%-20.55%和2.55%-5.33%。结论:产地对窝儿七槲皮素、鬼臼毒素、山柰素、总木质素和总黄酮的含量有一定的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Quercetin in seven of the nest children of different origin,podophyllotoxin,kaempferol,total lignin,total flavonoids content,provide a scientific basis for nest children seven quality evaluation.Methods: HPLC,column: performed on a diamonsil(diamonds) C18(4.6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm),mobile phase: methanol-4 mL of L-1 acetic acid;detection wavelength: 290 nm,injection volume: 25 μL;column temperature: 30 ℃.Quercetin as a reference,determination of total flavonoid content in the aluminum nitrate-sodium nitrite color by spectrophotometry at 500 nm.Podophyllotoxin as the reference,after the chromotropic acid-concentrated sulfuric acid color by spectrophotometry at 570 nm,the determination of total lignin content.Results: The nest children seven quercetin,podophyllotoxin,kaempferol,total lignin,total flavonoids content were 0.32%-1.15%,5.60%-10.67%,0.41%-0.84%,13.81%-20.55% and 2.55%-5.33%.Conclusion: The origin of nest children seven quercetin,podophyllotoxin,kaempferol,total lignin,and total flavonoids content has some influence.更多还原
