【摘要】 目的:观察加减知柏地黄汤治疗Ⅳ型前列腺炎合并不育症的有效性。方法:300例Ⅳ型前列腺炎合并不育症患者随机分为治疗组(加减知柏地黄汤组)、对照Ⅰ组(前列康片组)及对照Ⅱ组(五子衍宗片组),每组各100例。3组均治疗3个月,观察治疗后前列腺液(EPS)白细胞(WBC)计数及精液参数的改变。结果:治疗前3组精子活率及A级精子活力均低于正常水平。治疗后,治疗组能有效降低EPS-WBC计数,提高精子密度、精子活率、A级精子活力(P<0.05);对照组Ⅰ能有效降低EPS-WBC计数(P<0.05),但不能提高精子密度、精子活率、A级精子活力(P>0.05);对照组Ⅱ能提高精子密度(P<0.05),不能降低EPS-WBC计数及提高精子活率、A级精子活力(P>0.05)。3组治疗后相比,治疗组能更有效降低EPS-WBC计数,提高精子活率、A级精子活力(P<0.05)。结论:Ⅳ型前列腺炎与精子活力下降有关,加减知柏地黄汤能有效降低EPS-WBC计数及改善精液参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Modified Zhibodihuangtang decoction ton patients with NIH-Ⅳ prostatitis merging infertility.Methods:300 patients with NIH-Ⅳ prostatitis merging infertility were included in the protocol and randomly divided into three groups.The therapy group(n=100) was treated with Modified Zhibodihuangtang decoction,the controlⅠgroup(n=100) was treated with Qianliekang tablets,and the controlⅡgroup(n=100) was treated with Wuziyanzong tablets.The counts of EPS-WBC and the sperm parameter were examined in the 3 groups before and after 3 months treatment.Results: The sperm survival rate and the vitality of type-A sperm in the three groups were lower than nomal before therapy.The counts of EPS-WBC were effectively decreased and the sperm density/survival rate/ vitality of type-A sperm were effectively raised in the therapy group after 3 months treatment(P<0.05),the counts of EPS-WBC can be effectively decreased(P<0.05) and the sperm parameter can not be effectively raised in the controlⅠafter 3 months treatment(P>0.05),and the sperm density can be effectively decreased(P<0.05) and the counts of EPS-WBC and the sperm survival rate/vitality of type-A sperm can not be effectively raised in the controlⅡafter treatment(P>0.05).The counts of EPS-WBC and the sperm survival rate/vitality of type-A sperm can be more effectively improved in the therapy group than the other groups after 3 months treatment.Conclusion: Sperm motility descent corelated with NIH-Ⅳ prostatitis.Modified Zhibodihuangtang decoction can effectively decrease the counts of EPS-WBC and raise sperm parameter.更多还原
