【摘要】 目的:调查江门市新会区人群华支睾吸虫的感染现状。方法:采用加藤氏法,对新会区5个乡镇的常住居民进行粪便检验。结果:共抽样2005人,人体华支睾吸虫虫卵阳性456人,阳性率22.74%,五个镇的阳性率分别为三江镇11.97%,大鳌镇31.50%,沙堆镇25.00%,崖门镇15.50%,司前镇29.75%;男性感染率是25.98%,女性感染率是19.23%,男女的感染率有显著性差异(P<0.05);不同年龄段的感染率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:新会区人群人体华支睾吸虫感染情况仍然严重,有关卫生部门要加强干预力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate prevelance of Clonorchis sinensis infection in Xinhui District of Jiangmen City.Methods:The stool of 2005 residents from 5 towns of Xinhui was tested using the Kato’s method.Results: A total of 456 patients had positive result(22.74%).The positive rate was 11.97% in Sanjiang Town,31.50% in Daao Town,25.00% in Shadui Town,15.50% in Yamen Town,29.75% in Yamen Town,and 29.75% in Siqiang Town.The positive rate for men was 25.98%,and 19.23% for women showing significant difference between them(P<0.05).Significant difference was observed among patients in different age group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Prevelance of Clonorchis sinensis infection is high in Xinhui District,and intervention is needed.更多还原
