【摘要】 目的:了解洛阳市大学生面部蠕形螨感染情况及其影响因素。方法:以710名在校生为研究对象,采用透明胶纸粘贴或挤粘结合法采集蠕形螨,同时对其洁面方法、护肤方式、家庭居住地等因素进行问卷调查。结果:蠕形螨总感染率为21.97%。其中单纯毛囊蠕形螨感染率为13.38%,单纯皮脂蠕形螨感染率为8.03%,两虫种混合感染的感染率为0.56%。有皮损者感染率为32.89%,无皮损者感染率为19.00%,有皮损与无皮损感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。用护肤品者感染率为21.75%,不用护肤品者感染率为22.48%,用与不用护肤品的感染率差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。家养宠物者感染率为21.34%,不养宠物者感染率为22.29%,养与不养宠物的感染率差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:蠕形螨感染在洛阳市大学生群体中普遍存在,毛囊蠕形螨感染高于皮脂蠕形螨。面部皮损与蠕形螨感染有一定的关系,蠕形螨感染与是否养宠物、是否使用护肤品及洁面方式无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand facial demodicid mite infection among college student in Luoyang city and its in flutncing factors.Methods: 710 college students were selected.Using transparent adhestive tape method and squeeze and glued joint method a cquistion demodicid mite.And use questionhaire survery to inqery cleaning method,skin care,family living factors.Results: Total of demodicid mite infection rates is 21.97%.Simple demodex folliculorum infection rate was 13.38%.Simple demodex brevis infection rate was 8.03%.Two kinds of demodex mixed infection rate was 0.56%.The infection rate in people with skin damage is 32.89%,and the infection rate in people without skin damage is 19.00%.The difference in infection rates have statistically significanc between them(P<0.01).The infection rate of user of skin care products is 21.75%,and the infection rate of no user of skin care products is 22.48%.The difference in infection rates dose not have statistically significanc between them(P>0.05).21.34% people who have pets were infected,22.29% people without pets were infected,and the difference in infection rates dose not have statistically significanc between them(P>0.05).Conclusion: The demodicid mite infection was often to be seen among college students in Louyang.The infection rate of demodex folliculorum was higher than demodex brevis.Facial skin lesions with demodex infection had a certain relationship.更多还原
