【摘要】 目的:验证必兰用于乳牙麻醉的效果。方法:选取50名患者,采取自身对照的方法,随机选择1侧下颌乳磨牙采用局部颊粘膜浸润麻醉,对侧下颌乳磨牙采用神经阻滞麻醉。结果:阻滞麻醉注射过程的疼痛程度显著低于浸润麻醉,阻滞麻醉的麻醉效果显著高于浸润麻醉(P<0.01)。结论:下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉对于下颌乳磨牙牙髓麻醉是一种较好的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To verify the anesthesia effect of Primacaine Adrenaline for deciduous teeth.Methods: Fifty patients,using their own control method,are anesthetic for one side mandibular molar milk by local infiltration anesthesia of buccal mucosa randomly,and the other side by nerve block anesthesia.Results: The pain degree of block anesthesia injection process is significantly lower than that of infiltration anesthesia;the effect of block anesthesia is significantly higher than infiltration anesthesia.Conclusion: Nerve block anesthesia of inferior alveolar for mandibular milk grinding fang pulp is a better method.更多还原
