【摘要】 目的:探讨外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在急性白血病患者化疗中的应用及护理。方法:58例急性白血病患者经肘窝外周静脉行PICC插管化疗,并观察置管的临床效果。结果:58例中37例未发生出血、感染、静脉炎、导管阻塞等并发症。结论:PICC具有操作方便、维护简单、留置时间长、并发症少等特点,对白血病的化疗尤为适用,为白血病患者提供一条安全有效的静脉通路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the application and care of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) during the chemotherapy for acute leukemia patients.Methods: 58 acute leukemia patients received chemotherapy were inserted PICC via cubital vein in cubital fossa.Then observe the clinical effect.Results: 37 of the 58 patients avoided of the complication of bleed,infection,phlebitis,catheter occlusion,et al.Conclusion: PICC has several characters,such as convenient to operate,indwelling for long,rare of complication.It was particularly applicable for the chemotherapy of acute leukemia,and provided a secure and effective venous access for leukemia patients.更多还原
