二尖瓣环位移对胸部放疗致心脏损伤的评价

【摘要】 目的:应用组织运动二尖瓣环位移技术(Tracking of mitral anular displacement,TMAD)测定二尖瓣环位移(MAD),探讨其在评估胸部放疗致心脏早期损伤方面的临床应用价值。方法:收集肿瘤医院放疗科接受胸部放疗放射野累及心脏的患者共42例。放疗前、半程、全程放疗后进行左心室射血分数(LVEF)常规超声心动图检查及MAD测量。结果:放疗后LVEF与放疗前无显著性差异,MAD各测值全程放疗后与放疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:MAD能较敏感地反映出放疗对左心室收缩功能的影响,TMAD技术有望成为一种评价心脏收缩功能的新方法。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the value of mitral annular displacement(MAD) by tissue mitral annular displacement(TMAD) in evaluating cardiac injury caused by thoracic radiotherapy.Methods: Receive chest radiotherapy radiation field of cardiac involvement patients with a total of 42 cases collected in tumor hospital Radiation Oncology.LVEF,conventional echocardiography and MAD were conducted before radiotherapy,half and full radiotherapy.Results:LVEF had no significant difference after radiotherapy.Each MAD measuring value after radiotherapy all had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:MAD can be more sensitive to retlect the impact of radiation therapy on left ventricular systolic function,and the TMAD technology is expected to become an evaluation of cardiac systolic function.
