【摘要】 目的:比较某AIDS治疗示范区3种抗病毒治疗方案对AIDS的疗效,为进一步选择合理的抗病毒方案提供参考。方法:35例AIDS患者随机分为3组:3TC+D4T+NVP组(方案A组,13例)、AZT+3TC+NVP组(方案B组,10例)和AZT+DDI+NVP组(方案C组,12例)。分别在治疗前,治疗1、2、3、6和9个月检测血浆HIV载量、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数及肝功能等指标的变化。结果:随治疗时间的增加,3组治疗前后CD4+T淋巴细胞计数的差值均有升高的趋势(F时间=32.372,P<0.001),但3组间差异无统计学意义(F组间=2.461,P=0.142)。3组抑制HIVRNA复制能力(转阴率)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但耐药分析表明方案A不易产生耐药。3组药物不良反应主要为NVP导致的肝毒性和皮疹。结论:3种治疗方案疗效相似,但3TC+D4T+NVP方案具有较低的耐药性和良好的服药依从性,是较好的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To compare the effects of HAART of 3 different anti-virus medicine combinations,and provide reference for choosing an appropriate HAART for AIDS in a demonstration area of China.Methods:A total of 35 AIDS patients were allocated into group A(n=13),B(n=10),and C(n=12),and 3 kinds of HAART(3TC+D4T+NVP,AZT+3TC+NVP,and AZT+DDI+NVP) were given,respectively.HIV-RNA, counts of CD4+,liver function,etc of the patients in the 3 groups were detected before and at the 1st,2nd,3rd,6th and 9th month after treatment.Results:The difference of CD4+ counts before and after treatment gradually elevated in 3 groups with time(Ftime=32.372,P<0.001),but had no significant difference among the 3 groups (Fgroup=2.461,P=0.142).The negative conversion rate of the 3 groups had no significant difference at different time points (P>0.05),however,the patients in group A had lower resistence rate and better compliance. Conclusion:Three kinds of HAART are effective for AIDS,and among them,3TC+D4T+NVP has less resistance,thus is a better choice.更多还原
