【摘要】 目的:观察肺癌组织热休克蛋白70(HSP70)提取物对A549细胞增殖的影响。方法:从肺癌组织中提取、纯化HSP70多肽复合物,分别以0.1、0.5、1.0、2.5及5.0mg/L作用于A549细胞,采用MTT法检测作用24、48及72h后细胞的增殖。结果:HSP70多肽复合物可促进A549细胞增殖,其作用随浓度和时间的增加呈增强的趋势(F浓度=171.826,F时间=35.933,P<0.001)。结论:HSP70多肽复合物可以促进A549细胞的增殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To observe the effect of heat shock protein 70(HSP70) peptide complex(HSP70-PC) on the proliferation of A549 cells.Methods:Tumor-derived HSP70-PC was separated and purified from human lung cancer tissue by fast protein liquid chromatography,then A549 cells were treated with HSP70-PC at doses of 0.1,0.5,1.0,2.5 and 5.0 mg/L.MTT was used to observe cell proliferation after 24,48 and 72 h.Results:HSP70-PC could prompt the proliferation of A549 cells in a dose-and time-dependent manner (Fdose=171.826,Ftime=35.933,P<0.001).Conclusion: HSP70-PC can promote A549 cell proliferation.更多还原
