TiC高锰钢钢结硬质合金微观结构研究
Microstructure Research of TiC High Manganese Steel Bonded Carbide
【摘要】 通过金相、X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜和硬度测定,对TiC钢结硬质合金进行显微组织、物相和硬度分析。结果表明:钢结硬质合金由颗粒状的硬质相TiC和奥氏体组成,硬质相TiC表层包覆Mo2C,硬质相TiC的存在给周围基体带来一定的应变,并造成大量位错缠结,基体本身的位错密度较高,增加塑性变形时对位错滑移的阻力,提高了合金的强度。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and hardness analysis of TiC high manganese steel bonded carbide were investigated by optical microstructure,X-ray diffractrometry,transmission electron microscope and Rockwell hardness testing.The results show that the TiC steel bonded carbide is composed by granular carbide and austenite phase.The strength of the alloy is increased,because of the deformation dislocation slip resistance formed by Mo2C coated around the hard phase TiC,and the dislocation density of the based alloy is higher,which is caused by the precipitation of the hard phase TiC,and massive tangled dislocation.
