东乡野生稻BIL群体孕穗期抗旱性综合评价

【摘要】 以协青早B//东乡野生稻/协青早B回交重组系(Backcross Inbred Lines,BIL)为材料,测定了水分胁迫和非水分胁迫2种环境下株高、有效穗、穗长、穗总粒数、穗实粒数、着粒密度、结实率、千粒重、单株产量、叶片相对含水量和卷叶级别11个抗旱相关性状,经方差分析显示,除穗长外,其余产量相关性状对水分胁迫均表现为敏感或极为敏感。采用基于主成分分析的隶属函数综合评价法分析表明,BIL群体中337、186、275、174、207、306、255、219、236、332株系不仅抗旱性强,而且产量高,可作为水稻高产抗旱遗传改良材料进行深入研究。以抗旱性综合评价值为因变量,各单项指标相对值为自变量,建立了评价群体抗旱性的最优回归方程,筛选出结实率、单株产量和叶片含水量3个性状与水稻抗旱性相关显著,可作为孕穗期抗旱性鉴定指标。

【Abstract】 Using a set of backcross inbred lines(BIL) population(BC1F12) derived from Xieqingzao B(Xqz B) / Dongxiang wild rice(Dwr)//Xqz B as materials,with the water stress and non-stress treatments,eleven morphological traits related to drought resistance were measured,including plant height(PH),effective tillers number per plant(ETNP),panicle length(PL),spikelets per panicle(SP),filled spikelets per panicle(FSP),panicle density(PD),seed setting rate(SSR),1000-grain weight(TGW),grain weight per plant(GWP),leaf relative water content(LRWC) and level for rolling leaf(LRL).Results showed that all yield component traits except for LP were sensitive to water stress at significance or extremely significance level based on ANOVA analysis.Lines 337,186,275,174,207,306,255,219,236 and 232 had strong drought resistance and high yield through principle component analysis,subordinate function analysis and comprehensive evaluation.Optimal regression equation was developed with relative value of single index as the independent variables and the comprehensive index as the dependent variable.The regression results showed that the relative values of SSR,GWP and LRWC,were significantly correlated with drought resistance,and feasible to predict the drought resistance in rice at booting stage.
