【摘要】 介绍了一种提取日本沼虾(Macrobrachium nipponensis)血淋巴RNA的改进方法.针对日本沼虾血淋巴中RNA含量较少,易被降解的问题,比较了常规的血淋巴RNA提取方法和改进后的RNA血淋巴提取方法,并进行了血淋巴酚氧化酶的扩增.结果表明,用改进的方法提取的RNA降解少,含量多,纯度高,可用于进一步分子生物学的操作,有着重要的实际意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 The study aims to introduce an improved method on extracting RNA from Macrobrachium nipponensis Haemolymph.The content of RNA in haemolymph is less,and the degradation of RNA occurs quickly,the improved method can solve these problems.Comparing with ordinary method,the RNA isolated by improved method has high quality and can be directly used in molecular biological research,like phenoloxidases synthesis,so this method has great practical significance.更多还原
