锌氧化物的制备优化和掺杂对其性质的影响

【摘要】 以铜片为阴极,采用恒电流法从硝酸锌溶液中电沉积出氧化锌薄膜.分别讨论了溶液浓度、温度和掺杂对薄膜结构和组成的影响,以及掺杂对薄膜光学性质的影响.结果表明在低浓度和低温时,将有金属锌析出.当掺杂时,氧化锌的粒径将减小.当掺杂氯化铜时,氧化锌的吸收带边将从375nm增加到458nm,带隙能相应地从3.3eV降到2.7eV.

【Abstract】 ZnO thin film was galvanostatically electrodeposited from an aqueous solution of Zn(NO3)2 on Cu substrate which was cathode.The results indicated that the structure and composition of the films were related with electrolyte concentration,solution temperature and dopants.And the effects of dopants on the optical property of ZnO thin films were discussed.Zn will deposite from Zn(NO3)2 at low electrolyte concentration or low solution temperature.When ZnO was doped,their grain sizes would be smaller than the undoped.The absorption edge of ZnO increased from 375 nm to 458 nm and the bandgap energy decreased correspondingly from 3.3 eV to 2.7 eV when it was doped with CuCl2.
