雷州半岛近海海洋生态系统服务功能价值评估

【摘要】 构建了包括4个大类、13个亚类的雷州半岛近海海洋生态系统服务体系,对雷州半岛近海海洋生态系统服务价值进行了定量评估.结果表明,2008年雷州半岛近海海洋生态系统服务总价值约为295.15亿元,平均单位海域生态系统服务价值为147.58万元/km2.其中调节服务价值最大;其次为供给服务价值;文化服务价值最小.评估结果同时揭示出雷州半岛近海污染物处理能力非常有限;海洋生态资源开发水平偏低;以海洋生物医药为代表的海洋高新技术产业和滨海旅游业应成为未来雷州半岛近海生态资源开发的重点领域.

【Abstract】 On the base of building an Offshore Marine Ecosystem Service type system of Leizhou Peninsula,which includes 4 major categories and 13 subcategories,this paper quantitatively assessed the offshore marine ecosystem service value of Leizhou Peninsula through using some ecological economic evaluation methods such as market price method,replace cost method,results refer method and so on.Results indicated that the total value of the offshore marine ecosystem service of Leizhou Peninsula was roughly 295.15×108 yuan in 2008,with an average value of marine ecosystem services per unit sea area of 147.58×104 yuan/km2.The adjustment service has the greatest value,accounting for 47.65%,followed by supply service value,36.93%.The cultural service has the least value,accounting for 15.41%.Assessment results also reveal that the pollutant treatment capacity of offshore marine ecosystem in Leizhou Peninsula is very limited.Marine ecological resources development level is low.Marine tourism and marine high-tech industry in which marine biological medicine industry is representative should become the focus areas in the process of marine ecological resources development.
