一种基于ΣΔ调制的RFID分数频率综合器
A RFID Fractional Frequency Synthesizer Based on ΣΔ Modulation
【摘要】 提出一种基于ΣΔ调制的RFID分数频率综合器的设计方案,并分析方案的性能指标.仿真结果表明该方案能有效地解决频率杂散问题,抑制频率综合器在中等频偏处的相位噪声,具有广泛的应用前景.
【Abstract】 In order to suppress the phase noise and overcome the deficiencies of integer frequency and fractional frequency technologies,a fractional frequency synthesizer design proposal based on ΣΔ modulation was proposed,and the performance of the design proposal was emphatically analyzed.The simulation showed that the solution can effectively solve the problem of frequency spur,and effectively suppress the phase noise of the frequency synthesizer in the medium frequency offset,therefore it is expected to be widely applicable in RFID systems.
