【Abstract】 Animal promoter is an important element of controlling animal gene expression.Studying the functions of animal promoters has great significance for the researches on the mechanism of gene expression regulation.The structure and methods for both of cloning and functional analysis of animal promoters are reviewed in this paper.Bioinformatics analysis tool available on network for studying animal promoters are also discussed.更多还原
