大型空间机械臂制动器陶瓷摩擦副的研制
Development of Ceramic Friction Pairs Applied to Large Space Manipulator Brake
【摘要】 根据大型空间机械臂制动时的安全需求,基于大型空间机械臂制动安全的数学模型,确定了制动器摩擦副的综合设计指标.以制动器力矩稳定性及寿命等为指标,计算了摩擦副的等效半径及喷涂厚度,设计了基于陶瓷材料的摩擦副.研制了陶瓷摩擦副制动器样机及实验台.通过对制动实验数据的分析,验证了摩擦副设计的正确性.结果表明,以大型空间机械臂制动安全指标推算制动器摩擦副综合设计指标,以此来进行制动器摩擦副设计是可行的.
【Abstract】 In this paper,first,a model describing the brake situation of large space manipulator was established to extract an integrated design criterion of brake friction pairs according to the safety requirements of large space manipulator.Then,with the moment stability and lifetime of the brake as the indexes,the equivalent radius and the spray depth of friction pairs were calculated,and a ceramic friction pair was designed.Moreover,a prototype of ceramic brake and the corresponding experimental table were developed.The results indicate that it is feasible to design the brake friction pairs based on the integrated design criterion verified by the brake safety indexes.
