【摘要】 随着连锁经营行业在我国的迅猛发展,连锁经营企业对人才的需求数量越来越大。相对于连锁经营人才需求的迅速增加,我国连锁经营人才培养滞后,导致我国连锁经营人才缺口巨大。基于此,各高职高专院校纷纷新增开设连锁经营管理专业。如何选择连锁经营管理专业人才培养模式成为当前期望开设连锁经营管理专业的高校迫切需要解决的首要问题。文章对河南机电高等专科学校连锁经营管理专业如何选择培养模式进行分析,探求连锁经营管理专业培养模式选择的影响因素并设计连锁经营管理专业方向选择模型,以供其他高职高专院校参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the chain management in the rapid development of the industry in our country,the chain enterprises’ demand to talented person is more and more big.Relative chain management talent demand rapid increased,China chain management personnel training is lag,causes our country chain management talent is lack.Based on this,the higher vocational colleges will open new chain business management major.How to select the chain business management professional talent training mode is the primary problem to solve for the college that will open chain management major.This paper summarizes chain management major in how to choose the training mode analysis,and to find the chain business management professional training mode selection and design the influence factors of chain operation management professional direction choice model for other higher vocational colleges to reference.更多还原
