【摘要】 阐述了河南省油漆工业生产现状和存在问题,提出科研管理部门应加大有关研究的引导和立项工作,科研单位和大专院校应与企业联合展开与河南省经济发展密切相关的涂料产品的基础研究和新产品开发。指出只有加快现有产品水性化,加强企业自律,创建品牌企业,联合建立较大型生产企业集团,才能使我省油漆工业在较短时间内上一个台阶。更多还原

【Abstract】 The existing problems and suggestions of painting industry in henan province are dicussed.It is proposed that scientific research management department should strengthen work at related research of guidance and project establishment,basic research and new product development of coatings which is closely related to economy development should be developed by scientific research units,colleges and enterprises.At last,it is pionted out that in order to promote our coating industry to a higher level in a short time,we must accelerate the process of water-based product,strengthen the self-discipline of enterprises,create brand and large enterprise.更多还原
