【摘要】 介绍了广东省地震应急指挥技术系统是为广东省抗震救灾指挥部实施地震应急救援指挥提供技术支撑的系统,系统主要由四部分构成:地震应急指挥通信、震灾快速评估与辅助决策、地震灾情速报。提出系统为实现地震应急信息快速传递、处理,提高应急救灾指挥与决策的技术水平,最大限度地减少震时的混乱和人员伤亡,提供了高效的指挥技术平台。并对广东省地震应急工作提出展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The earthquake emergency command system of Guangdong province is to provide technical support for Guangdong Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Relief Headquarters in implementation of earthquake emergency rescue command.The system consists of four parts: earthquake emergency command telecommunication,earthquake disaster rapid assessment and decision support,earthquake disaster express.The system has achieved rapid transmission and processing of earthquake emergency information,improved the technical level of emergency command and decision-making in disaster reliefs,minimize chaos and casualties in earthquakes.The system also provides an efficient command technology platform.Meanwhile,this paper analyses the prospects of Guangdong earthquake emergency work.更多还原
