【摘要】 目的探讨儿童腺样体肥大的64排螺旋CT表现及临床价值。方法回顾性分析30例腺样体肥大患儿的64排螺旋CT表现,着重观察病变部位的形态、邻近组织关系及并发症,并对其矢状位进行A/N比值测量。结果 CT平扫均可见鼻咽顶后壁不规则软组织增厚、鼻咽腔不同程度狭窄、后鼻孔阻塞,8例伴有鼻窦炎,7例伴有中耳乳突炎,中、下鼻甲肥厚13例,双侧扁桃体肥大4例。A/N值≤0.60者5例,>0.60～0.70者16例,>0.70者9例。结论 64排螺旋CT对儿童腺样体肥大能够准确做出诊断,并且明确是否有并发症,可作为儿童腺样体肥大术前检查的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the findings and clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT for children’s adenoid hypertrophy.Methods The CT findings of the 30 cases of children’s adenoid hypertrophy were analyzed retrospectively.The focus findings were the form of the lesions,near tissue changes and complications,and the A/N ratio in sagittal position was measured too.Results There were irregular soft tissues thickening in nasopharyngeal roof,various degrees of the narrow nasopharyngeal cavity,posterior nares packing through CT scan.Among these cases,there were the 8 cases of sinusitis,the 7 cases of mastoiditis,the 13 cases of middle or inferior turbinate hypertrophy,the 4 cases of bilateral hypertrophy of tonsil.The A/N ratio ≤ 0.60 in the 5 cases,>0.60-0.70 in the 16 cases,>0.70 in the 9 cases.Conclusion The children’s adenoid hypertrophy can be diagnosed accurately with 64-slice spiral CT,and the complications can be observed clearly,64-slice spiral CT can be the preferred method of preoperative examination of children’s adenoid hypertrophy.更多还原
