【摘要】 目的观察放化疗联合热疗治疗颈淋巴结转移鼻咽癌的疗效。方法 160例初治颈淋巴结转移鼻咽癌患者随机分为对照组(90例)和热疗组(70例)。对照组:接受氟尿嘧啶+顺铂化疗后原发灶和颈淋巴结转移灶均接受常规放疗。热疗组:放化疗方法同对照组,颈淋巴结转移灶于放疗第1周开始配合局部热疗。结果热疗组和对照组5 a无瘤生存率分别为51.4%、21.1%(χ2=16.043,P<0.05),5 a生存率分别为58.6%、41.1%(χ2=4.805,P<0.05),5 a颈淋巴结局部控制率分别为97.1%、76.7%(χ2=13.413,P<0.05),5 a远处转移率分别为37.1%、44.4%(χ2=0.866,P>0.05)。结论放化疗联合热疗治疗颈淋巴结转移鼻咽癌的近远期疗效均优于单纯放化疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of radiotherapy plus chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia for nasopharyngeal carcinoma with cervical lymph node metastasis.Methods A total of 160 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with cervical lymph node metastasis were randomized into two groups: the 90 cases in the control group received the 5-fluorouracil plus cisplatin chemotherapy and the routine radiotherapy(nasopharyngeal carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastasis);the 70 cases in the hyperthermia group received the 5-fluorouracil plus cisplatin chemotherapy and the routine radiotherapy,and the cervical lymph node metastasis received the hyperthermia after one week of radiotherapy.Results In the hyperthermia group and the control group,the disease-free survival rates were 51.4% and 21.1% respectively(χ2=16.043,P<0.05);the 5-year overall survival rates were 58.6% and 41.1%(χ2=4.805,P<0.05);the 5-year cervical lymph node metastasis control rates were 97.1% and 76.7% respectively(χ2=13.413,P<0.05);the 5-year the distant metastasis rates were 37.1% and 44.4% respectively(χ2=0.866,P>0.05).Conclusion For nasopharyngeal carcinoma with cervical lymph node metastasis,the clinical efficacy of radiotherapy plus chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia is better than that of the radiotherapy plus chemotherapy.更多还原
