【摘要】 目的观察放射性125I粒子植入联合培美曲塞和卡铂治疗老年晚期肺腺癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法 23例老年肺腺癌患者应用CT引导下经皮穿刺植入放射性125I粒子联合培美曲塞和卡铂治疗。治疗后评价疗效和毒副反应。结果全组23例中,CR 4例,PR 17例,SD 2例,PD 0例。近期有效率为91.30%。中位疾病无进展时间为7.8个月。主要毒副反应为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度的血液学毒性和胃肠道反应。结论放射性125I粒子植入联合培美曲塞和卡铂是一种治疗老年晚期肺腺癌安全有效的方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy and safety of 125I seeds implantation combined with pemetrexed plus carboplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Twenty three elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma underwent CT-guided 125I seeds implantation combined with pemetrexed plus carboplatin.The therapeutic efficacy and toxicities were observed after treatment. Results Among the 23 patients,CR was observed in the 4 cases,PR in the 17 cases,SD in the 2 cases,PD in 0 case.The response rate was 91.30%.The median time to disease progression was 7.8 months.The main toxicities were hematologic toxicities with grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ and gastrointestinal reactions with grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ. Conclusion 125I seeds implantation combined with pemetrexed plus carboplatin is an effective and safe method in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma.更多还原
