【摘要】 目的探讨应用连续性肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2009～2011年,我院ICU应用CRRT对19例重症急性胰腺炎患者进行治疗的临床资料。结果19例重症急性胰腺炎患者在综合治疗的基础上进行CRRT治疗,病情好转18例,死亡1例。结论应用CRRT治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者能降低炎性介质的炎性反应,明显改善各脏器的功能,病死率显著降低,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) on the effect of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods A retrospective analysis the clinical data of 19 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients who were treated with CRRT from 2009 to 2011 in the ICU of our hospital.Results 19 cases were adopted CRRT on the basis of the comprehensive treatment.The condition improved in 18 cases,and 1 died.Conclusion The application of CRRT in SAP can reduce the inflammatory mediators of the inflammatory response,significantly improved the function of various organs,mortality was significantly lower,and it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
