【Abstract】 With the development of colleges and the increase of teachers,young teachers has become the backbone of the teaching force and main force of the future education reform of colleges.Strengthening the training of young teachers is related with sustainable development and continuous improvement of teaching and research of college.Base on youth teachers’ situations and the main problems,management concepts,training programs,mentoring options,financial support,appraisal system and incentive system of college training young teachers are discussed,and the professionalism of the young teachers is also discussed.更多还原
