天然粗砂破碎在碾压混凝土坝中的研究与应用

【摘要】 石粉是碾压混凝土原料砂的重要指标,在水工界中一般采取人工砂、天然砂外掺石粉或粉煤灰代砂等技术措施,但在台山核电淡水水源工程中因现场条件无法采用而又存在足量的粗砂,通过破碎及试验研究,细碎后砂的细度模数降低,级配改善,石粉含量提高,再辅以适量的粉煤灰代砂,拌制的混凝土可以应用在碾压混凝土坝,为使用天然粗砂作为碾压混凝土用料砂提供了宝贵的经验。

【Abstract】 Powder is the important index of RCC materials sand,in the hydraulic industry in general to take the artificial sand and natural sand mixed with powder or fly ash instead of sand and other technical measures,but in Taishan nuclear power project in fresh water from site conditions cannot be used and the existence of a sufficient amount of coarse sand,through crushing and experimental study,after the fine sand fineness modulus decreased,gradation improve,stone powder content increasing,supplemented by appropriate amount of fly ash sand,mixed concrete can be applied in roller compacted concrete dam,for the use of natural sand as RCC materials sand provided valuable experience.
