助磨剂对高炉矿渣的粉磨及性能的影响

【摘要】 从比表面积、筛余、粒度分布等方面研究了5种助磨组分对粒化高炉矿渣粉磨的作用效果,并探讨了助磨组分对矿渣微粉活性、流动度等性能的影响。结果表明:助磨剂对矿粉的粉磨均有一定的助磨作用,使矿粉的颗粒分布呈宽化分布,<3μm和>60μm颗粒数量均增加;同时使凝结时间缩短,标准稠度需水量增加。掺入0.02%改性多元醇的1、7、28d活性指数较空白样增加了7.45%、8.25%和5.33%。

【Abstract】 Effect of five kinds of grinding aids on grinding performance of slag was studied by determining specific surface area,sieve over-size,particle size distribution.The impact of grinding aids on the performance of slag was also studied.The results show that all grinding aids have good grinding effect on slag,and the particles distribution was wider with the increase of particles size <3 μm and >60 μm.The setting time of samples with grinding aids decreased and the water requirement increased.The activity index of sample with 0.02% modified polylol was increased 7.45%,8.25% and 5.33% at 1 d,7 d and 28 d respectively,compared with sample without grinding aids.
